Today we're making Healthy Broccoli Salad Two Ways.
One balsamic honey mustard base, two directions. Whisk in avocado oil and you have a vegan vinaigrette. Whisk in Mountain High yogurt and you have a creamy, low-cholesterol dressing. Florets, shredded stems, pepitas, dried cranberries — and both dressings go on the side so your leftovers stay crisp.
