How to Make a Kid's Train Conductor Hat

We made Spane a train conductor hat for his chorus performance. The conductor hat has JMMTA (John Muir Municipal Transit Authority) on the front and JMMTA Conductor on the back. We had the hat out of blue and black construction paper, with silver pipe cleaners and the badge was made from a piece of foil-embossed by my "Made with Love" stamp.
