Every year, these Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies pop up at my local market, and we love them. They are pillowy soft and not overwhelmingly sweet. These are non-GMO and preservative free.
You don't have to wait for fall to have these, as long as you can get pureed pumpkin, you can make these wonderful cookies. Enjoy!
